Ventilated refrigeration gelato showcases with double air supply, for a perfect equalization of temperatures, automatic defrosting and cycle inversion.

D SUPERSHOW

Supershow is the only gelato showcase that allows the consumer to see the gelato in three dimensions, thanks to the tank with front and sides in glass, the glass trays and the frontal illumination that further enhances the gelato.

Gelato pozzetto counters

The return of the pozzetto counters is now visible in many locations, a skillful mix of modern and antique has produced excellent results. In addition, technology has given even this traditional product the innovative ventilated refrigeration applied to the wells. Even glycol refrigeration, which has made important progress in recent years, including the achievement of the same uniform temperature between the top and bottom portions of the counter for an immediate spreadability of the gelato conserved in the reserve basin.
